23:21 headed to bed. Am reading "Lost" by Gregory Maguire in order to put myself to sleep. This is not a shinning endorsement for the book. #

23:22 really cannot understand how Gregory Maguire can write something like "Wicked" (fantastic) and something like "Lost" (craptastic)?? #

19:41 went to my parents house today...just because. I get bored. I wish they lived closer. I'd be over everyday. #

19:42 I have an interview for a job at Taco Bell. Yeah...whatever. Scott will be happy though. #

20:18 has steamed cleaned all the carpets because the cats seem to think the carpet is an ideal place to pee. #

hahah... lost. i am glad someone else thinks it sucks. my sister read all of his books with me and kept saying how great they were...

i suspect she didn't read them all.

the only other one worth reading (in my opinion) besides wicked is the one about either snow white or cinderella. it's been so long i can't remember. i will dig it out tonight...you can borrow it if you want.

and, another fabulous book for putting you to sleep, which i would also send you if i haven't already gotten rid of it is cloudsplitter by russell banks. banks is a pretty awesome writer, but hit boring out of the park with this book. and it's epic in size... huuuuuuge.

I own all of Maguire's books. Other than the Wicked Trilogy (so far), he's done one Snow White & one Cinderella. And then Lost.

I will have to check out Cloudsplitter.

My other go-to book for falling asleep is the first 1/2 of Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norell. That book is actually REALLY good...but it takes FOREVER to get there.
